I'm not 100% sure, but I think the TMA book might be sent by surface mail. That would account for the delay. Plus Head Heritage have been extremely busy the last few weeks. I think they say orders definitely within 28 days so if you don't hear anything by then, drop JoAnne or Wendy a line at [email protected]
