I'll second the recommendation of I Dormienti, especially if you like The Shutov Assembly. Yet to get hold of anymore of the installation discs, but Compact Forest Proposal is now top of that list.

The Budd/Cocteau Twins collaboration was called The Moon and The Melodies. It's a collaboration that worked better on paper than in reality unfortunately, I reckon. Having said that, there's a few really beautiful tracks on it. My favorite Budd album is Lovely Thunder - gorgeous, but a touch unsettling too. An Eno/Cocteau Twins collaboration might have been interesting. I've always thought Eno working with Bjork would probably come up with the goods too. Mmmm. Fantasy collaborations...
