Lumen Drones – Umbra. It’s them Norwegians again. Fiddle player plus post-rocky psych types combine. OK, but a little underwhelming.

Park Jiha – Philos. South Korean experimental/ambient lady. Interesting, but last week’s track is the highlight.

Jodie Lowther – The Cat Collects

Alice Hubble – Polarlichter

Vanishing Twin – ‘You Are Not An Island’. Late to the party on this lot, but suffice to say that if you dig Broadcast and Jane Weaver, you will love this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b52QAAyhUvE

Magic Trick – Half Man Half Machine. Intriguing outsider psych suite from a few years back that deserves some attention: https://timcohen.bandcamp.com/album/half-man-half-machine

Gracious! – s/t / This Is Gracious… !! Random pick from the archive, obscure Vertigo prog act, both albums feature some excellent stuff, such as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Th2jbi_8twk

Terje Rypdal & The Chasers – ‘Chaser’. Been meaning to check this 80s jazz-metal phase of TR’s career for a while. Blimey: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KZj8i3Ft-Q

Live:

Oh Sees / Träd, Gräs Och Stenar – The Troxy, London. Great gig. TGS took a while to get going, but justified their legendary status by the end. Oh Sees are always fab, and definitely increasingly krauty/proggy.
