I would concur with that. I saw Ivor Cutler in Edinburgh once. Nobody made a sound in between poems and songs. How to command an audience. Scare them!
Although, I'm sure he didn't mean it.

It's really hard to get some of his books though. I've been scouring the earth for 'Private Habits' for ages, with no luck, although I think I just found one. Anyway.
