About two years ago I bought the Q magazine '100 best album covers' special.
Glad to see Fried in there where it belongs but was interested to hear that Cally was working on a planned reissue of the album.
Whatever happened to this?
Presumable Julian wouldn't be particularly keen as he's not one for retreading his past in such a way but it could do with a decent reissue overhaul as the last CD reissue came in a rather dull, muddy mix and the omission of all artwork apart from the front cover. In otherwords a cock up - same with World Shut Your Mouth. Be nice to see them on nice thick vinyl again as the original Mercury releases were crappy thin 80s plastic!
Did anyone else read the article or know anything?
Being my fave Cope album (along with Peggy Suicide) I'd be delighted to hear.
