Couple of years since I was there, but there is an arrangement of stones there that have been called a "recumbent" type. Maybe they are, but it is quite different to the Aberdeenshire RSCs if you ask me.

Just looked in TMA and Julian says Burl attributes it to being a degraded RSC. The flankers would be bigger than the recumbent in this case.

Glenquickan a few miles away has a large central stone, maybe it's simply another of those regional quirks.
