To restore or not to restore?

I’ve just bought one of the Sunspots promo cars. It is dirty but in quite good condition. Do I clean it and repair the peeling stickers (and maybe put working lights in?) or leave it as it is? I paid £21 plus postage. Think this was a bargain. Not sure how many hundreds there were.
