Watched on iPlayer today. A joy to see the man again. The closest I can relate to his Worcs. granny story is time spent outdoors at cider farms with aged locals. (I knows nothing of their pastimes!)

I saw it last night, after getting home from a soggy Lunar festival. Very good. Various parts I'd seen him try out during a local show at a local venue. But, it all knitted together to great effect.

This is apparently Lee’a penultimate stand up show, and the next won’t be toured at the same velocity as this one. I’ve not seen him live before but I would love the opportunity in 2019.
However genius never really stops dead and I’m sure there will be more to come after that.
Content Provider was really good and I’m glad that it wasn’t dominated by populist shenanigans both sides of the Pond, as one might expect.
Elsewhere Lee is apparently producing a music documentary with a ‘fan fsvourite’ Comedy director.
I note that Edgar Wright is on board to direct exactly that, the subject being one of my favourite bands, Sparks. I wonder if this is what Lee is trying to get off the ground?

Repeated 23-55 Beeb2 this Sat. And he w a s guest presenter for three nights from Xmas Day of R3s Late Junction. However my phone decided the heads-up from his website was dodgy and put it into the spam file where I've only just found it apres les events for which fek, fek, fek and fek. And grrr.

Everything he saw, listened too and read is listed if you're on his mailing list, signing up of via his website http://stewartlee.co.uk Which you should be. A man of taste, even in archaeological sites visited. And the Beeb's now put all his Comedy Vehicles up on iPlayer.
