Favourite bits of Cope songs
Jul 02, 2021, 15:39
Though about posting this for a while. Some of my favourite Cope songs are so because of certain parts of them,to thae pont I'll sometimes just repeatedly listen to that particular part. Here are some of my fave bits:

Upwards at 45 degrees - the bit where the drums come crashing in with the electric guitar
Hooded and benign - The refrain bit starting around 6 mins where the organ kicks in looping around the bassline
Dust - the second half of the song starting around 3.20
Moses Cotsworth Rouses the Villagers of Avebury - first few minutes of it with Copies chanting "save us, saaave us...from the Villagers"
On the road to Tralee - about 11 mins in , the circular mellotron bit with cope singing over. Beautiful.

Anyway had to get this off my chest!
