From the ashes of Earthling Society, Fred Laird and Jon Blacow present Taras Bulba. A selection of recordings that strip back the throw in the kitchen sink of the previous band for a more darkly ambient and occult sound. Taking influence from bands such as Popol Vuh, Eastern European music, Moroccan vibes, the minimalist works of Midori Takada and the Taj Mahal Travellers, David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti.
