Moon Tango – Abschaum
I heard this late 2017 release in Piccadilly Records, Manchester, and just had to get it. French band apparently, likely to appeal to Kraut and Psych fans.

S/T - Fujiya & Miyagi
Althought their Ventrillquizzing album from a few years has been played to death here I've never bought anything else by them till now. This is their latest – a collection of recent singles apparently and is hugely enjoyable after a couple of plays.

Low In High School – Morrissey
I'll be honest. For the first time ever I considered not buying this, mainly because of his recent outbursts. Then I took a while to actually listen to it. I wasn't expecting that much TBH but it's been a pleasant surprise, especially the opening 4-5 tracks.

Demolition 9 – Martin Rev
Latest from the former Suicide man. Either the album I listened to before this was exceptionally quiet or this has the loudest opening ever as I almost jumped out of my skin when it started!

Send – Wire
Object 47 – Wire
Send was such a great come-back, whereas O47 was a bit of a let-down. Whilst maybe its not their greatest material ever, the issue for me is the production. There's a murkiness and lack of spark somehow. That said I'm a big fan of the closing All Fours.
