but do we really want to revisit My Nation Underground? Hmmmm...

Based on that comment, yes. Or you certainly need to. Wrongly maligned.

I agree that there were some crackin' b-sides in that era, especially the China Doll cd single, but generally I can't listen to the album (and don't) because it is so over produced and commercial sounding.

Unisex Cathedral is not on the 2nd disk.

There's 11 Tracks-
Easty Risin'
Ravebury Stone
Love Luv (Remix)
Dragonfly
Heed : Of Penetrationand the City
Bring Cherhill Down (Vocal)
Safesurfer
If You Loved Me at All
Butterfly E
Straw Dogs
Anyway at All.

I still haven't listened to it yet. Still working my way through the Sabbath Reissues...

Edit:
I've just looked at the listing and realised there seems to be 15 Tracks on the reissue 2nd disk but my version (Promo) only has 11. ???

I've just got my copy through and can confirm it has the above 11 tracks on the 2nd CD.
I would've been impressed if they could squeeze another 2 or 4 tracks on there as the disc is 79 minutes long as is.

"Uptight" *isn't* restored to the album which is pretty disappointing - I would say that would be an essential track for the Deluxe Peggy even if it's on the 2nd disc.
I'm pretty disappointed that so much of the 2nd CD is remixes.
"Uptight", "Port Of Saints" "Almost Alive" and "Bagged Out Ken" really should be on there.

Edit - I can't hear any of the naughty static noise from Jehovahkill, but this CD is louder than the original release.

Would have thought they would take opportunity to add non released Soldier Blue remixes, what is the quality of music better than j-kill deluxe?

The sound is pretty good.
Not changed much from the original release.
A little bit louder, and possibly a tiny bass boost on it, but it sounds good.

Just got mine and it looks very nice - I hope it does sound better than the original CD when ripped to the ipod.

I notice Holy McGrail did the artwork, and as he's one of Cope's recent collaborators, maybe JC was involved in some small way? I wonder if anyone at HH knows why "Uptight" was left off?

It's still annoying me. It was on my old (purchased) cassette and I've always missed it from the cd.

Still looking for a contact email at Universal to see if they know why it was left off - they could release it to Itunes or something???

So is the track listing on Amazon incorrect?

Yes. And on HMV. It's:
* 1. Pristeen
* 2. Double Vegetation
* 3. East Easy Rider
* 4. Promised Land
* 5. Hanging Out And Hung Up On The Line
* 6. Safesurfer
* 7. If You Loved Me At All
* 8. Drive She Said
* 9. Soldier Blue
* 10. You...
* 11. Not Raving But Drowning
* 12. Head
* 13. Leperskin
* 14. Beautiful Love
* 15. Western Front 1992 C.E.
* 16. Hung Up And Hanging Out To Dry
* 17. American Lite, The
* 18. Las Vegas Basement

disc 2
* 1. Easty Risin
* 2. Ravebury Stones
* 3. Love (L.U.V.) remix
* 4. Dragonfly
* 5. Heed: Of Penetration And The City Dweller
* 6. Bring Cherhill Down [vocal]
* 7. Safesurfer [1991 tour single]
* 8. If You Loved Me At Al [1991 tour single]
* 9. Butterfly E
* 10. Straw Dogs
* 11. Anyway At All

So I'm assuming it's the original CD versions of the tracks that were longer on the vinyl too. Disappointing that they still haven't included the previously vinyl-only stuff.

Sounds good tho (to my ears) & looks pretty good.

love
