Into the second play and it's growing on me.
It's not Love Peace & Fuck (how could it be?) but I wasn't expecting that.

It's a beauty, albeit a very dark one. There is a lot of melody contained within, and it's not all one tempo by any means, so know need to worry if you were afraid it is all dewn tempo and throughout.
heavy in the very best (non)sense METAL.

you'd maybe be better off getting the reissued version of Ritual of Hearts with oodles of other stuff on it from lotushouse - only $15

it has the original mixes of white sands ep on it, which IMO was mightily improved by Kawabata's remixing.
The other maquiladora album i'd go for is "What the day was dreaming".
"House all on fire" didn't do much for me, and i don't play the first two albums much either.
As mentioned above, the collaboration with Kawabata - Kiss Over, is another goodie.

Have been playing since about 4 this morning along with urthona, growing on me although preference at moment is the urthona (having played with volume too high as wife and child would not be too pleased).
Now switching to LAMF
