again, thanks much! i always feel pretty techno-clumsy which is why i've not spent more time on groovy forums like this, but i'm slowly getting a better handle on it. where would i post a "friends" request - on this same thread?

Used to have a heavy psychedelic jam band called Zanzibar Cob [see http://www.interwebmegalink.net/articles/darknotes/1/32 but ignore the notes on what other bands we sounded like - I don't know what he was thinking to write that! Some influences, split between us, for sure, but we didn't sound like any of those groups]; before that was in Plastic Spacemen [yes, from that old Goodies advertisement], a kinda psych-pop group the less said about here the better. [I tried to give 'em a metal leaning but it didn't really work]
Have done a solo electroacoustic trip rock cd-r as Mantis Sage Projects [see same link, and again, ignore comparisons given there].
Currently playing with heavy psych-prog rock band Buttchunks. [Myspace page pending]

Big Block 454 got quite a good review (well, stunning actually, except for the Chas'n'Dave reference) on the Manchester Music website yesterday...

Nice one Blockblokes! Making music is up there among the best experiences this life will ever grant us. Personally, with Neotopia I'm having the best, most euphoric time ever!!
