Wirral. Just across the Mersey from Liverpool. Liverpool does have a couple of fairly famous bands to its credit, but some of Wirral's famous bands include The Icicle Works, Orchestral Manouvres in the Dark, Half Man Half Biscuit and Jerry and the pacemakers.
