And it's nowhere near as god as Lose My Breath though that's apparently the only decent thing on the last album. I'm probably in a minority here but I'd sure prefer things that to, say, ELP or (snigger!!) The bloody Darkness.

Me too.

It's like everything else, there's good and there's bad. People are too quick to categorise stuff by "genre's" and judge it as that. And, RnB and Nu-metal are probably the worst off for that, you can get bombarded by dedicated music channels 24/7 and it all runs into itself. You can miss a lot of good stuff.

You're right about Lose My Breath Keith A. And personally I'd prefer to hear a lot of RnB compared to any amount of singer/songwriter, or Keaneplay , or jerky- indie-retro any day.

I would agree. It's actually got something to recommend it other than sheer novelty record value.

Nice to see you've accepted that they're 'rubbish' though, Nat. (And, it was my understanding that Frankie P didn't leave, he was kicked out.)

I have to accept that Seb (and maybe a couple of others on here!) doesn't like The Darkness just as I don't like Lynard Skynard or bloody Hawkwind... swings and roundabouts dear, swings and roundabouts.... ;o)

Frankie (Mr Poullain to you) left the Darkness after being physically attracted to the stunningly gorgeous female Leader of the International Cult of Poullain... he's doing very well at the moment, I feed him daily and there is plenty of room for him to stand up in the cupboard under my stairs!! :o)

I live in hope... >sigh<
