“Why OLD BASFORD haven’t got a deal yet is beyond me.
If bands like Tokyo Dragons can be allowed to plough the rock

furrow, then this Nott’s trio should be given their chance, too.

Kicking off with the infectious ‘Cruel Love’ OLD BASFORD (not the

most inspiring of names) come across like the bastard offspring of

Clutch and Queens of the Stoneage with a bit of ZZ Top thrown in for

good measure. From these three tracks, they more than show they have

the right tunes, now they just need the right label. Rock!”
