mmm... let himself down a bit yesterday calling the viewers 'fucking cunts' on live t.v. Don't get me wrong, I swear all day long (sadly) , but my kids really enjoy this celeb shite show for some reason and he has endeared himself to a whole new generation of viewers over this last week, pity he has to blow it with such pointless outbursts. Say something sensible instead John, we all know you can!

It was more disturbing seeing him embrace Peter Andre!

Wonder why he walked?
Was it a case of boredom/frustration with the other contestants, or I'll reject you before you reject me, or something else altogether

Presumably he was told to leave before he said another bad word..

o come on, they still love him, & that would help pull in another load of punters waiting for him to be 'outrageous'

he just got bored

They put a delay on to be able to blank him. Personally, I think he just got there and shat himself - realised he wasn't up to it.

Rubbish. He's the most at ease in there. All the others are the fish out of water. Lydon didn't moan all the time about missing Emmerdale, tomato ketchup and exfolating cream like all the others. He enjoyed being in the jungle. But to be honest if I was stuck in there with those people I'd have buggered off by now too. Probably left before he hit Jordan.

Not having seen any of it, I wouldn't know. It being Lydon he probably found it all "so verry booooooring" I'd suspect.

Is it true that Jordan asked him what team he used to play for?

Ha! I dunno about the Jordan question. Sounds about right though.

This, from today's Metro, might help explain Lydon's departure...
"Earlier the stars (sic) rebelled against pleas from producers to liven up.
They were promised wine if they were 'more entertaining' by imitating each other. But they refused and Ruddock declared: 'Stick it, they've got enough telly out of us today.'"

So, combine the slapped wrists he must have got from the producers for swearing with their demands that they 'liven up' and perform like monkeys and I think there's probably more than enough of a justification for walking out.

Doesn't it occur to the idiots making this programme that if you feed people on a handful of beans and rice a day, over a week later they aren't likely to be larking around and bouncing about, are they? Just feed them some frigging food and they might start actually doing something.

Still the show's dead without Lydon in it now, so I won't be watching any more of it.
