Maps - GE KML File Updated but not working?

I noticed that the Maps Google Earth KML file download has recently been updated but where before it said the file was empty, it now returns following error:

TheModernAntiquarian-20210331.kml" at line 2, column 0: Unexpected element "kml"

Is anybody else getting this same error or is it just me?
