Agreed. To take one example, the Flat-Earthers no doubt believe that the world is flat, so to them that would appear to be (to use the language of this discussion) a "personal fact". Where they run into difficulty isn't in having this belief, it's their assertion to other people ("round earthers") that this belief is factual.
