In December 2003 I visited the Otzi exhibition in Vienna; the Natural History Museum there is worth a trip on its own. Anyway ... check out the above site if you're heading to Austria or the Czech Republic ...
the sites are worth a visit ... and they all have cake shops near by ... drooooool ... the Schatzkammer museum is worth a look in Vienna ... exhibits include The Golden Fleece, The Spear of Destiny ... etc. etc. ... a must for all you Yello fans! BEWARE though the Schatzkammer T-Shirt in XL is a UK medium!
The crop of Black Sea dolemen are worth a look too ... although there are less cake shops there ... a daily walk along the Winterbourne will burn those extra calories off on ones return ...
*I liked the acupunctre tatoo story about Otzi ... and you can buy good veggie shoes in Austria too.
** Yello's 'You gotta say yes to another excess' is best heard whilst stuffing cakes!
