Thanks for posting this. It’s very helpful & much needed.
The incredible nature of this event hit me like a train last week. I had a rough few days. To deal with it, I dove headlong into wellness & mental well-being methods. Meditation & breathing exercises in the morning & at night.
It’s helped get me back towards an even keel.
Thanks again, this is more for me to peruse & engage.
