Hmm. tough call. There are so many definitions of 'Psychedelic' nowerdays, but i gotta say Brainticket - Cottonwoodhill really does it for me. That crazy lady stream of conciousness over mad umpah band edits and super great cut sections and grooves does it for me every time.

Not sure this counts as psych in the trad sense, but Boredoms - Vision Creation New Sun is an apsolute belter of a linear head trip.

Guapo - 5 Suns is a little more proggy, but builds into some real rhythmic intensity.

I know that Hawkwind tend to be filed under 'Space Rock', but In Search of Space seems to me a records of great psychedelic intent with some beautiful freaked out jams and transporting riffs.
