I recommend it too. It really filled in loads of info and context for me of the Roxy Music years which I was really ignorant of. I find it hilarious that throughout the book whenever they want some sort of negative comment about Eno, up pops Gaving Bryars to slag him off. It gets silly in the end. The interview with him that all the quotes are taken from must be hilariously bitchy. If you already know a lot about Eno there's still a few nuggets of info in there. It does run out of steam when covering the last 20 years though. The author just resorts to "Then he did this album (...) and then this installation (...) before doing this bit of production work. The End."
