Of course I'm not in the picture as regards what sort of squeeze the airlines are putting on their caterers. Knowing the reputation British Airways has for dirty dealings - it may all end at the client trying to capitalise further profits. So the management of the catering firm have their balls in a vice. If that's the case (and it could well be) they're victims of hatred from their workers and sympathisers and a corporate shafting to boot.
