Look at the cover, take the blurry image in…is it a surfer or a bloke stealing a Vox pearldrop from Cotchford Farm? The Heads create blurred rock genre noise. Yes you can pin point the influences whether its Kennedy’s (We are not free), Can, Loop, Mudhoney and even a Monk rhythm section.. if you put them thru a modulator hitched onto a big muff. But that isn’t the point.

Heres the point.. Its relentless, heavy and very dirty but after a few plays the sounds split like a Rorschach sound palette. You spot it, you understand and something grabs you, shakes you and then you realise.
This ain't lo-fi or hi-fi, it's Total BASTARD- FI! Embroynic Lizard is a prime example or take the bizarrely northern soul rock of Jello before it turns in on itself to become Purple.

Layer on top the the integral drawl vocals and you have a 19 track trash heavy heavy album. Which creams anything released this year and I’m creamed!
