Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Head Heritage Ltd will only offer a refund if a product is faulty and we are unable to replace it with the same product.

Head Heritage Ltd. will accept cancellations or amendments to an order if it is received on the same day as the order was placed.

Shipping Policy

Head Heritage Ltd. endeavours to despatch orders within 48 hours. We post by second class within the UK so please allow 5-7 days delivery; we post airmail/small packet to Europe and the rest of the world, so please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Should delivery exceed these periods, please contact us by email.
