OK- so it's been out for a few years now, but I just got my copy from World Serpent on Saturday morning.
I was working on the PC late Saturday night (doing some stuff for a megalith talk) and was listening to Time Machines through my new Sennheiser phones (lush!). The room was mostly in darkness. I had listened to the 4 drones and towards the end of the last my vision started shimmering- I though because I was tired. I started the first drone again ('Telepathine') and about 5 minutes in something caught my attention standing in the middle of the room. I turned and shouted 'fuckin jesus' just as the image of a blacked out (approx 1 m high) figure disappeared from my reality. I ripped my phones off and switched all the lights on- kinda freaked me out to say the least and was left a bit shaken for a while afterwards. I had only one glass of red wine just in case anyone thinks I was out of me nut!
Has anyone else had any similar experiences whilst listening to Time Machines (or something like it)???
