Well,as this thread has be resurrected let me just add one that had me dumbfounded today..Earlier I saw a commercial for the band,Rush,who are on tour..one of the songs featured being performed by them in the commercial is.."Summertime Blues"

*hee-hee*.. Rush were my first rock concert(went w/my older brothers)..they were headliners..before them were Uriah Heep and the opening act was this little band..trying to break it in the States...Judas Priest

Rush was touring on I think the followup to 2112 (Hemispheres?)..JP were touring on Stained Class and god knows what Uriah Heep were doing there...

But yeah,these days anything by Rush makes my hair stand on end..what a yelp n that guy
(not mentioning the lyrics and other hamfistednesseseseses)

What about the Flaming Lips' bootleg where they did "Under Pressure" (originally Queen and Bowie)? John Scoen played that for me once a long time ago...
