Death And Vanilla – The Tenant. Alternative soundtrack/Ghost Box-lite territory. Have seen various people rave about these guys, but I couldn’t find much to get too excited about here: https://deathandvanillamusic.bandcamp.com/album/the-tenant

Guilty as charged guvnor!. I do love the band, but gotta be honest, I'm not a massive fan of D & V's 'soundtrack' stuff. They did another called Vampyr which was for (I think?) a screening of Nosferatu or somesuch. Picked it up on initial release on cassette. Think it only got played the once, and I can't even find the tape as I write.

I would recommend the 1st EP, debut album and recentish album proper, 'To Where The Wild Things Are' tho.

Bit like early Raveonettes, They are a bit of a one trick pony soundwise, but it's a trick that works fer me :)

Funnily enough, I was kicking myself fer missing Jane Weaver at the end of Nov. Had it in mind the whole time, and on the night, bloody forgot. Was only 12 quid too! Bah Humbug!!!!!!
