Looks great. What's the best converter for the FLAC files?

Depends what you wanna do with them... Trader's Little Helper can convert to .wav for burning or .mp3 for listening.

Holy cow, just noticed that it's from the brief period when Kevin Ayers was with the band. I was wondering who was playing second guitar, no sign of any backing vocals though. On second listening this is even better than I thought - got the Camembert abrasiveness plus some truly sublime gliss-and-spacewhisper tranceouts. Believe me, this is utterly essential for any Gong fan. Bliss.

Runs a little slow by the way - hopefully this will get a remastering and an official release.

It is really, really good. There was a 1975 set with Daevid from Bremen that showcases Hillage-era material and has similar sound quality.

A pedant writes... the Bremen set is actually from '74 and features Bill Bruford on drums. There are also excellent recordings of Oslo and Rotterdam from the same tour/line-up that a quick Google should turn up - a bit bizarre that an otherwise unrecorded Gong config should yield the best bootlegs.
