A couple of nice Samurai-Horo vinyl releases:
Ancestral Voices - Divination
Pact Infernal - Infernality

Enjoying both - the first more ambient and droney, the second is a mix of ambient-beats-industrial even. Builds to more beats near the end.

Siavash Amini - Tar. Dark ambient work from this Iranian musician. After hearing some lovely strings/electronic modern composition by him online this appeared very dark and foreboding on first listen. But it's grown on me and is a fantastic piece of drone.

Richard Dawson - Peasant. Hadn't listened for a few weeks but seeing it at No.1 in the Quietus 6 month review prompted me to give it another spin. Fantastic stuff.

From the archives:

E-Gone: All the Suns of the Earth, Advice to Hillwalkers and The Third is a Mountain that holds a Dagger. Brilliant, eclectic mix of sounds and styles from this solo multi-instrumentalist. Psych, folk, drone, dub, ambient etc - and it just blends together wonderfully.

And then a bit of a krautrock session with tracks from Can, Neu!, Faust, Popol Vuh, Ash Ra Tempel, Eroc, Cluster, Harmonia etc etc. Superb!
