Short notice, but we'll get our virtual rain ponchos on.

What's the programme this year? - and is it themed fancy dress?

Can I use last year's programme? Or are we celebrating other dead people this year? Okay I know Rocky and Gergie are still with us - but does anyone know if there are any new entries to the list for the Fest?

The website is no longer showing last year's entries so I guess we're in for a new programme

YES!

I was wondering the other day about whether SydArthur would happen again.

Hope the weather's nice, I'm going to try and lay off the cider this time around, I missed half of it last year.

Anyone got any acid?

Yeah! And with a cd as well. Looks like it got shifted to July 7th, but if you want to celebrate today with the anniversary of Jim Morrison's death, it would be apt. For me, he was the first artist who offered me any kind of consciousness expansion. Listening to their records as a young boy, I couldn't believe these were made concurrently with the other hits of their day, as their music and lyrics always seemed to be 3 worlds away from anything else from the "psychedelic 60s". It would be another 15 years before I had heard anything from the MC5 or Elevators, so for me, The Doors were thee band of the 60s.

Well that's odd...

I had a HH Mixcloud email notification of SydArthur 2 yesterday and a link to the stream. All up n running, listened to half last night, great stuff and shared the link on here. My post has now been deleted (by HH management?) it seems and the link no longer works!

Julian not happy with it? Copyright issues? or perhaps I dreamt it all... I did have a wonderfully weird weekend!

Hmm. The soundcloud clip is still on the event page, it seems to work still.
