Glastonbury on the iplayer

Well I didn't watch much live coverage of the event but have been enjoying catching up on full sets after the Lord Mayor's show. What you been watching? Here's my list so far:

Barry Gibb. Not really a fan, but hit after hit had me hooked.
DJ Shadow
Cinematic Orchestra
Thundercat (about halfway through the set. Mesmerising jazz funk. He kinda reminds me of Tom Squarepusher minus the electronics)

Awesome stuff

Got Sleaford Mods to check out next who are really growing on me

Lisa Hannigan (Park Stage, Sunday: full set on iPlayer) - first half of the set is well worth catching, beautiful voice, ethereal songs.

Barry Gibb - can write a tune but his voice is shot and he is a complete charisma vacuum. It's a shame when the highlight of a set is someone putting on a jacket.

Kris Kristofferson was good also Run The Jewels set, Mark Lanegan and I must admit I thoroughly enjoyed Chic on Sunday.

Armchair/TV Glasto this by the way - I wasn't there.

I see the Thurston Moore band project I MEAN The Can Project pulled out at the last minute.

Good job really considering how commercial a lot of the music is at Glasto these days.

They would have been better suited to Green Man. Now THAT has a good line up
