The unintentionally(?) psychedelic

Three gems for you. Firstly something I found the other day while exploring a Can thread on Youtube: the mighty Takuro Yoshida. On subsequently wiki it seems he's still going and may even be revered, but make what you will of his debut release..all I can say is that I've only heard the first three tracks, and it took me two goes to manage that. Is this the music that AMT and Les Rals were formed to fight against? Sorry as usual for not being able to do direct yewtube links, but, after you've searched, ladeez an gennlemen... Japan's answer to Bob Dylan: 'Yoshida Takuro - Hello I'm Yoshida Takuro 1972 (full album)'. Second up: I studied in London in the mid-late '70's, listened to a lot of Capital Radio and Kenny Everett's japes therein, but it's occured to me that, since it never got a CD release, there may be folk here not 'of a certain age' totally unaware of the existence of his album The World's Worst Record Show..or others glad(?) to be reminded of it and make its reaquaintance. Twenty of the most bizarre and unintentionally bad tracks comitted to vinyl. Pee yourselves laughing, roll around the floor, whatever. The blogger - nice site - says "listening to this in one shot is spectacularily ill advised". Mark E subsquently did a cover of one song, connosewer that he is.... http://left-and-to-the-back.blogspot.co.uk/2010/10/kenny-everetts-worlds-worst-record-show.html?m=1 ...the album's partially available as a playlist on ytube if that doesn't load..... Last but by no means least, peeps should lend an ear to the majesty of: Spaced Out - The Very Best of William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy. Its on amazon, read the reviews, go to youtube for the tracks praised(cough) therein. Happy listening!!
