Frankly all this hullaballo about the Muslim thing affects me simply because I've often been mistaken for one. I'm getting pretty disgusted with both the Islamists and the so-called civilized West, especially given the recent debacle concerning the American use of torture. I think we just give those Islamists what they want so they can go on with their propaganda campaign -- 'look at what the infidels do, maybe we should kill their children, bla bla bla...' Methinks the West created this extreme Islam problem by supporting dictators like the Shah, it's pretty obvious to me. I think it's the main reason we have violent groups like the Taliban and ISIS. It's got nothing to do with what the Koran says or what the majority of Muslims think.
