Jimi Hendrix - West Coast Seattle Boy - discs 1 & 3

somehow this box didn't impress me first time out...

Disc One however turns out to be a collection of apparently random r&b sides Jimi played on before he was Jimi. Some are great. None are bad. Have Mercy and the Isley Bros tracks are standouts.

Disc Three is just an amazing bunch of cosmic outtakes.
