Outstanding discovery: a cd was issued in Japan with a mini-lp replica sleeve of the original elaborate fold-out package (and mini inner poster which I'd never seen before)! It is not a new release and not inexpensive but it is an exquisite piece of work for ... the Bolan obsessive I suppose. I found one by chance on Amazon's Japanese site and am now swooning over it's delightfulness.
