Awwwwwwwww. The British music scene will be a whole lot drier without him. One of my favourite projects of his was Zombie Bloodbath in the Isle of Dogs by The Recedents. This was an imaginary horror movie soundtrack, complete with scripted dialogue snippets and sound effects. There's a pretty hilarious moment in it when Coxhill and his Free Improvisatory chums take up the rehearsal space next to a Pub Rock band and break out into a loud jazz skronky racket, only for the two bands to get into a huge fight. He wasn't called Lol for nothing.
