I dunno about the best, but I can tell you the worst was definitely the Flipper album American Grafishy -- stank like a dead fish. I can tell you that the tour for that album was a disaster -- the time they arrived at my town (a show I didn't see but everyone told me about) they were so drugged out one member didn't even get onstage, the ones who did play couldn't even function musically, and John Schoen of Pengo in frustration grabbed the mike and said "Sex bomb baby, yeah!" over the din.

The album is great if you love recycled Rollins Band-type stuff. Didn't turn me on...
