Nudge, nudge.. anyone fancy eighty minutes of prime live Mk 1 MO? Dunno if this has been flagged up before, but have just found out about a limited edition box set thats been out a little while called The Compete Columbia Recordings, ie. IMF, Birds, Trident Sessions and Between (a brilliant new remix, less so the first two in punters opinions) plus a live bonus diac. IMF has a rare live 15min Noonward Race tacked on, while the live disc includes iirc four more from IMF in the tracklisting, recorded in NY in '73 and all headripping stuff, apparently. The financial pips were squeaking even before this, having just shelled out for Can, but reckon its gotta be done.. will we ever see any more legal hq live stuff from this lineup? £34ish via Amazon. Ouuch ps JMc's just announced a Eurotour with 4th Dimension. UK leg: one date. November. London, natch :(
