Whilst I wouldn't go as far as Ian in that I don't think it's as great as Metal Box, I would echo his view to stay with it.

There are some genuinely great moments on FOR - Under The House, Banging The Door (probably the most Metal Box number) and, of course, the title track which somehow manages to marry madness with commerciality.
