It's a grower, lovely sleeve too, be warned should you be tempted the next one Revolution By Night is for Bon Jovi fans only, a real clunker

I really enjoyed reading Electric eden but as Ian B says if it becomes the accepted text on the subject I fear it will do more damage than good, I felt he vreally shoehorned his own views to fit to make a suitable conclusion, I'd certainly ask for some alternative viewpoints before you try out some of his recommendations, after all isn't that what were here for, to fill in time between KISS discussions
