Congrats to The Book Of Seth

This inexhaustible source of great reviews deserves an award (I know years ago he won The Black Sheep award) and does rock like the records itself. As usual the review of Affenstunde is extraordinary.
Extra thanks for reminding us Veruschka, the former model with the longest legs I've ever seen, on a personal note I had a crush on her at the age of 12.
Respect to The Seth Man.

Indeed, many avenues of sound he has led me down. Nothing insanely obscure that you couldn't find with a little effort (well, mostly). I love when he reminds us about a classic album that though well sung, deserves an open mind and fresh ears to fully embrace it's power. Thanks Mr. Seth Man.

Yes indeed. Continued appreciation and gratitude!

Fine piece of writing the new one. Had to listen to my crackly vinyl of 'Affenstunde' (Which just seems getting better, i probably even prefer it over 'In Den Gärten Pharaos' these days. Though both are simply classic and awe inspiring albums!).

And coupla previous reviews have been as entertaining and informative as well.

Bruce Palmer- The Cycle Is Complete: Haven't even heard of before, Thanks! Really like it! (That track with the Mellotron in the end... And Rick James!.. What the fuck...).

Jimmy Jukebox- Motorboat: What a classic!!!

And the KOTJ!!!! Best piece i've read on it so far. Period!

Hey, Daniel--

Many thanks for the compliments, man. You are too kind.

My favourite shot of Veruschka, which should be entitled "Muse Unamused":

You deserve it man!
By the way, great pic of V., look at those legs and the beautiful face, she looks like someone who came from another planet.

Here's a couple of great pics of hers including one -the last one- dressed as the first black President of the United States, clairvoyance or what? I'm not related in any way with the blog in question, just in case.

All this pubescent drooling about Veruschka. I hadn't realised The Book Of Seth was THAT sort of book. Does it come in a plain cover?

HI (5) Man!

My pleasure.

And yeah, bumped into the Michigan Meltdown coupla months ago somewhere. Thought hmm, i probably have to get that. Forgot about it(!), then read Julian bigging it up and thought: Yeah, HAVE to. Rarely been a day since when it would've been off my turntable.
Fucking ROYAL CRUD, practically all through!

Have you heard about Pekka Airaksinen's One Point Music (1972) LP rerelease (bootleg though, but the originals pretty hard to find unless you're willing to invest some serious capital on it..). It's definitely more than a curiosity in my opinion...
