Very weird!
Have you ever by chance heard of an album called 'Approximate Love Boat' by Lowres? The concept is that this it's alien music.... created in response to earth transmissions.

It's an odd one. Listening to it now, actually.
Time signatures all over the place, fragments of samples.... it's somewhere between ambient and experimental...
