Iskra Records/Cortical Foundation?

I've just bought a copy of the Iskra Records pressing of Catch-Wave off Discogs and I was wondering if anybody around here knew anything about this label? Short of being a sub-label of cortical I really can't find much info. Also, I'm really wondering if anybody knows what kind of sound quality I can expect?
