Just a reminder that Monday's launch event in Camden is cancelled. I am sure anyone planning on coming has that message by now but just to be sure ... Also an excuse to say that "Corner of the World" is out Monday 28th and that we are playing the Southbank on April 4th. It's available via Bandcamp, iTunes (from Tuesday), Amazon and hopefully the odd record store if you can find one. It's streamed here in full from Monday, at least for a bit http://solus-3.bandcamp.com/ Here is the link to the SBC show http://ticketing.southbankcentre.co.uk/find/music/gigs-contemporary/tickets/solus3-with-jan-dunning-plus-support-62059

I see the Southbank gig is to be a Wednesday. Almost certainly impossible, unless I find myself on some spurious trumped up business trip (ahem...) - But, you did hint at other forthcoming gigs, recently. Wasn't there one in Bristol being planned?

Do you get any more money by selling them through Bandcamp than you do from I-Tunes or Amazon? I intend to order the CD on payday (the 30th) but I'd rather order it straight from you if the financial return is bigger.

Bandcamp is the best for us in monetary terms. iTunes is the most profitable of the rest as there isn't a distributor in the middle taking their cut there is no manufacturing but I would much rather people bought a cd as they then get the benefit of Jan and Mooncat's artwork. Which is no small part of the whole.

No chance of (m)any S3 gigs before April I don't think because of a band member being incapacitated.

I'd clean forgotten about the South Bank Gig. Just ordered my ticket, seat is within Y-front throwing range, get that cage up.

It's actually selling pretty well compared with other stuff on there in the spring. Might even allow myself an uncharacteristic glimmer of optimism.

Well, you never know, his vest might also come hurtling at you out of the darkness. Glad to hear tickets are shifting. It does sound like a darned good evening. If I find myself in that part of the world I'd be there, too. But, I'm afraid it's not looking likely at the moment.

It's all a bit vague as I type, but I might be doing an online radio interview later this week. Well, I've been asked to compile a few favourite tunes to have played and am suggesting something from Ian B's recent sonic dabblings. That is all.
