I was at the AMT gig in Brighton in November last year - it's now 2 month's later and I still have ringing in one of my ears - the gig was fantastic, but I'm not so sure it worth the toll it's taken on my hearing. The last time I saw them in 2001 my ears were ringing for 2 days, so i should have been warned. Has anyone else experienced permanent hearing damage arising from gigs? Next time I'll definitely wear ear plugs.


Sory to hear that- I was fine after a day or so but you're probably right, it's only a matter of time before I do some permanent damage. Actually, although I don't have tinnitus I'm sure my actual hearing isn't what it was.
