You're not wrong. Billy Gibbons former band was The Moving Sidewalks of "99th Floor" fame. Great garage single indeed. Their only album ("Flash") is a nice psych LP too.

99th floor's on Pebbles Vol 2. Mine was also in the attic but I went & checked! NP - got a hell of a warp that I'm sure wasn't there on the last outing 25? years ago.
