...Obviously too many options etc...but the following eight songs were the ones I picked. I tried not to ponder too much and the criteria was songs I'd want to listen to often on a desert isle...

1. Earthbeat by The Slits (fave)
2. Before the Bullfight by David Sylvian
3. Prelude to 110 or 220/Women of the World by Jim O'Rourke
4. Living Proof by Cat Power
5. Persian Love by Holger Czukay
6. Old Glory by Harvey Milk
7. The Seven Samurai End Theme by Ryuichi Sakamoto
8. Cold Blooded Old Times by Smog





People mentioned books and I plumped for The Periodic Table by Primo Levi...
